Alan S. Funk
President; Operations and Asset Management
Alan S. Funk re-joined Pomeroy Health, Inc. in February 2006. His relationship and involvement with Pomeroy dates back to 1992 as a health care operations consultant and acquisition specialist, where he played a key role in acquiring several health care properties. Mr. Funk has a diverse and extensive (30 years) background in the health care industry, where he developed an impressive track record of stabilizing operations, reducing costs, and enhancing revenues. Prior to re-joining Pomeroy Health, he held senior management positions with local and national non-profit and for-profit providers of long-term care services, with fiscal and administrative responsibility for budgets in excess of $80 million. Mr. Funk has consulted with and advised diverse corporations and organizations, on strategic, product, and service issues related to the mature adult market. Mr. Funk’s current responsibilities include management/operations and strategic business oversight for the current portfolio. Mr. Funk holds a B.A. degree from Boston University, and a M.A. degree in Health Care Administration from George Washington University.
Stefan P. Stration
Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer; New Business Strategy and Development
Stefan P. Stration has been associated with Pomeroy since 1994 and a principal since 1998. In his present capacity as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Pomeroy Health, Inc., he leads new business strategy, acquisition, and capitalization initiatives where he has over $200 million in transaction experience. Mr. Stration has several established institutional relationships including GE Capital, Morgan Stanley and Hudson Realty Capital. Mr. Stration has been involved with several boards including the City of Southfield’s City Centre Advisory Committee, HealthcareAssociation of Michigan, Michigan Business and Professionals Organization and Kolo Charities, Inc. a non-profit organization providing assistance to such groups as Leader Dogs for the Blind and HAVEN, a safe-house for abused women and children. Prior to joining Pomeroy, Mr. Stration was the director of senior living investment sales at The Hayman Company. Mr. Stration received his BA from The College of Holy Cross located in Worcester, Massachusetts while attending on an athletic scholarship for football. Mr. Stration and his wife reside in Rochester Hills and have three children.
Keith J. Pomeroy

Keith J. Pomeroy founded and currently serves as Chairman of Pomeroy Health, Inc. Pomeroy Investment Corporation and Pomeroy Health, Inc. Mr. Pomeroy has over 35 years experience in the real estate industry. After graduating from law school, Mr. Pomeroy got his start in real estate as a commercial broker. He soon gravitated to acquisitions, development, ownership, and management of multifamily, industrial, office, retail and hotel projects. Under his direction the company and its affiliates have developed, acquired and sold in excess of $2 billion worth of commercial real estate. Presently, directly or indirectly, Mr. Pomeroy controls over $750 million of investment property. Mr. Pomeroy is a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He received a BS and JD from Wayne State University.
